All of our items are handmade, which means slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur. These differences make each item unique and are not considered defects.
2. Orders & Processing Time
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is 7-10 business days, but may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.
3. Payments
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Your payment information is processed securely and is never stored by us.
4. Shipping
Shipping rates and delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the handmade and/or personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
6. Custom Orders
Custom or personalized orders are welcome, but must be paid in full before production begins. Please double-check spellings and details, as we are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, product photos, and content are the property of Blessed Creations Co and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any misuse or improper handling of our products. Please keep items out of reach of children and pets unless otherwise stated as safe.
